The Maison De Provence villa apartment in a renovated and finely furnished villa.
Located in Mondello at 200 meters from the most famous beach of the Palermo coast.
A few meters from the sea, it has the right distance to appreciate the tranquility of a relaxing holiday.
Only 7 km from the center of Palermo it is easily accessible by bus whose stop is 100 meters from the house. The apartment is on the first floor of a two-family villa, not always inhabited. It consists of three bedrooms, two doubles and one twin, a large living room with a double sofa bed. The apartment is completed by a large covered and furnished terrace as well as an additional terrace above as wide as the whole apartment. Parking inside the villa.

Beautiful home within a short walking distance of Mondello Beach
Our host Antonello and her husband met us at checkin. They are both extremely nice and welcoming people. The place was spotless and had all the amenities necessary for our stay. She had beach chairs, umbrellas and beach towels for us. Antonello provided us with useful information on which bus lines to take and good restaurants to dine in which made our vacation all the more enjoyable.

This was the perfect location for our Sicilian vacation! Mondello is beautiful and La Maison was a great home base. Antonella was very attentive and delivered a personal touch throughout our stay. The home is clean and comfortable. Antonella has equipped the home with everything you need to vacation as if you were in your own home. The property is located very close to the beach, grocery shopping, restaurants, and gelato shops!! The buses were easy to access for trips into Palermo. We also rented a car for a few days and the onsite parking was a definite plus. Antonella has beach towels, beach chairs, and beach umbrellas we were able to use which were very nice also. Great property and phenomenal host. You will absolutely love this property!
