Comfortable 75sqm apartment, located on the ground floor of a characteristic Palermo building, able to accommodate up to 4 people.
The property is located less than 5 minutes on foot from Palermo Central Station, ideally located for visiting the historic center and all the main points of interest on foot or thanks to public transport.
In the area you can park on the street for a fee (blue stripes) or at the Sansone garage (for a fee) at 25m from the building.

The internal space is organized as follows:
-BEDROOM 1: double bed, split A / C, chest of drawers, clothes stand and luggage rack.
-BEDROOM 2: two single beds (one single + one pull-out), wardrobe.
-LIVING AREA: dining table, TV, sofa, bookcase
-COOKING CORNER: 4-burner hob, fridge, gas oven, kettle and moka.
-BATHROOM: shower, bidet, toilet.

ADDITIONAL SERVICES: air conditioning with heat pump, unlimited wifi, iron and ironing board, clothesline, hairdryer.

PLEASE NOTE: there is a video camera outside the apartment for video surveillance.

The entire house is for the exclusive use of guests during their stay and there are no spaces shared with the host or other tenants.

We are very flexible and will be happy to organize early check-ins or late check-outs, if possible, in case there are no other outgoing / incoming guests. Any requests can be confirmed only the day before arrival.

IF THE EARLY CHECK-IN IS NOT AVAILABLE, IT WILL BE POSSIBLE TO DEPOSIT THE BAGGAGE IN THE APARTMENT AND COLLECT THE KEYS STARTING FROM 10 AM AND ACCESS THE APARTMENT ONCE THE CLEANING IS COMPLETED.

Crossing Piazza Giulio Cesare, you can easily reach the characteristic and unique Ballarò Market in just 10 minutes on foot. From here you can reach Via Roma thanks to the public transport line 101 (or in 15 minutes on foot), Palermo shopping center and entrance point for Corso Vittorio Emanuele: you are in the heart of Palermo, along the UNESCO Arab-Norman route, but you are also in the center between Piazza Massimo and Piazza Pretoria, between Piazza Marina and Piazza Del Parlamento, between the historic and popular markets of Ballarò, Capo and Vucciria where the Palermo nightlife is more lively and intense. Among characteristic alleys of the historic center and between the Arab markets, testimony of the various and varied cultures that have followed one another in Palermo.

-From Palermo Airport it is possible to reach the Central Station thanks to the Prestia and Comandè shuttle service or, alternatively, thanks to the regional train with departures every 40 ', destination Central Station.
From the station you can reach the apartment on foot, in less than 5 minutes.

A member of our Palermo team will contact you a few days before your arrival to arrange check-in. You will meet in the apartment for the delivery of the keys and will be at your disposal before and during your stay in case of problems or questions. We will give you tips and tricks that will make your stay even more unique and special.

All guests' identity documents must be shown on arrival as required by Italian law.

For check-in from 21:30 to 01:30 a supplement will be applied, to be paid in cash on arrival, according to the following:
EUR 15 from 21:30 until 23:00
EUR 20 from 23:00 and 00:00
EUR 30 from 00:00 to 01:30
Check-in after 01:30 is not possible, even for a fee.

During check-in, cash payment of the tourist tax of 1.50 € per person per night will be requested.
