Overall I would rate the hotel as excellent. However, the 1st day as soon as my wife & I entered the room, someone called to ask me to pay the room charges, which I had definitely paid online! After my argument, it was quiet.... But the horror haunted back at the last evening before our check-out! First, we were locked out of our room; so we had to return to the Receptionist, which is a distance away, to get both our proximity cards reset! Then, at about 11.15pm, when the hotel guests are...

Simply put, We have found this hotel is an excellent hotel with negative feedback worth mentioning.

Property was great facilities were really good, staff were very accommodating. Great place to visit if you want some downtime and relaxation not a very touristy place.

A nice hotel, clean, close to shopping, full service spa for Gentleman. Although the pool gets very crowded with locals, so isn't relaxing. Also very close to Libra Gentleman's Club. Girl friendly.

It was great exp. just stayed one night but felt like staying at Home.

Friendly staff. One bad thing is that they ran out of beer for a whole week.
