Chose Volterra as our wedding town in Italy. Patricia was gracious and accommodating for our wedding stay and she and husband even came to the ceremony in the town hall. Everything was perfect!
The staff was great in helping us with the logistics of getting to and from Volterra. Fresh coffee, expresso, latte, etc. was served with a smile - even two cups. The room was small but immaculate.
Ok. It’s not luxe but it’s central and v near car parking Very friendly reception- we remembered him from last year - and restaurant staff. Typical Italian breakfast, not special but adequate. Rooms fine but n.b. No A/C. A convenient fan provided
It was a great experience staying in a place which has such an interesting history.
Hotel is located on a side street. From the outside you think it is an old hotel but it is fully updated. registration clerk was excellent.
Casa accogliente e in pieno centro, a due passi da tutto.
Former convent, basic rooms with private bathrooms. Unheated pool
Fantastic location, excellent hotel but could be cleaner. There is also a lack of plug sockets in the bedroom, even when comparing to the most basic of hotels.
Phenomenal location. Friendly, efficient staff. Great morning breakfast. Only negative comment: Car parking arrangements are difficult and very confusing (although ultimately doable).
