PALAVAS the beach in front! 2 bedrooms CLIM parking

  • Free almost all July: 700 € the week from Saturday to Saturday SVP
    4 people in total (children included)
    I specify that I am the owner of another t3 a little closer to the centre of palavas (the one described here is at 345 of the avenue: closer to carnon port than to the CV of palavas)

    2 bedrooms (see photos), washing machine air conditioning installed this winter 2025 + parking
    the kitchen room are the same room (= no sofa)
    rental at the week only (from Saturday 2pm to Saturday 11am (my other T3 Sunday to Sunday)
    If you are a smoker you must smoke outside and our friends the animals are not accepted (respiratory allergy).
    the apartment must be made as clean as when you arrived (no cleaning fees imposed...), linen not provided (possibility to rent towels and showers for 20€ per week)
    I am a private individual who exchanges in person and deals in person. I remain available throughout your stay (I live next door all year round).
