Villa 'Mannu' with Private Terrace and Air Conditioning

Stunning villa located in the locality Capo D'orso - within the beautiful complex "Porto Mannu".

The villa can accommodate 7/8 people. It has three rooms, 2 double and 1 twin bedroom, 2 bathrooms: 1 with shower and the other with bathtub. It has a large living area with living room and kitchen with a sofa bed for 1 or 2 people. Outside there is a beautiful shaded veranda of considerable size , for organizing pleasant summer evenings in the company of family and friends, large garden on three sides with Mediterranean scrub and characteristic granites of the area. It has air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher and TV. It has two reserved parking spaces.

The villa is about 350 meters from the wonderful fine sand beach of Porto Mannu.

Possibility to use some of the services a of the facility offered directly by the Porto Mannu complex upon availability and for a fee, such as the beach bar and restaurant, spa, as well as to rent umbrellas and sunbeds if available. The residential complex and related services operate from the end of May to the end of September.

Gute Lage der Villa, fussläufig zum Strand. Standard der Anlage zufriedenstellend, nette Kundenbetreuung via Holidu, Simonetta im Office immer zeitnah per WhatsApp ansprechbar! Einziges Manko: bei Ankunft und Bezug des Hauses muss man sich selbst um Mülltüten und Reinigungsstabs für die Spülmaschine kümmern, bei einem wöchentlichen Mietpreis von 2300EUR könnte man diese Kleinigkeiten vorab zur Verfügung stellen oder mit einpreisen! Kühlschrank alt und schmutzig, es war ein zusätzlicher Neuer vorhanden, der aber mangels der Länge des Steckdosenkabels umständlich umgestellt werden musste. Handtücher und Bettwäsche waren ausreichend ausgelegt!

Gemütliche Unterkunft um Aufzutanken

Pros: Tolle Terrasse; gut ausgestattete Wohnung; sehr gut geeignet für zwei (kleine) Familien, da es zwei gut separierbare Bereiche gibt; nette Betreuung durch Simonetta mit tollen Tipps zu Restaurants; nach einigen Tagen gab es einen Zimmerservice; als die Toilettenspülung defekt war, wurde es sehr schnell (innerhalb weniger Stunden) behoben Cons: Es gibt kein WLAN; für das Check-In und Check-Out muss man in den Nachbarort fahren (ca. 7min); in den Zimmern gibt es ziemlich wenig Stauraum (in der Küche dafür umso mehr); der Parkplatz ist nicht geeignet für Autos mit wenig Bodenfreiheit, da es einen grossen Absatz hat

Ubicación excelente. Casa perfecta para 6 personas. Nos ha encantado el porche. Muebles nuevos y con encanto. Muy buen trato y atención de Geraldine de la imobiliaria.
