  • Enjoy with family or friends this fabulous villa, enclosed by a wall fully air-conditioned, which offers good times in perspective, between the sea at 400m and the mountains in the heart of the Balagne
    located in a quiet housing estate, for 8 people OR 6 people + 2 children.
    12m swimming pool, sunny all day. Outdoor pool house with barbecue, oven, dishwasher, shower and toilet.
    To have fun between two swims, ping-pong table, petanque court.
    On the 1st floor, beautiful view of the mountain or the sea with all the comfort of a large living room, a dining room with an equipped kitchen.
    Beach 5 minutes by car with parking or 15 minutes walk.
    Bakery, mini-market, newsagent and other shops 5 minutes walk on Palasca.
    Restaurants less than 10 minutes away in Ile Rousse, very nice city to visit, as well as its surroundings.
    Parking of vehicles in the property.
    Rate varies depending on the month (from 645€ to 750€ per night).

Beau logement avec très belles vues notamment sur les terrasses de l’étage donnant sur mer et montagne. Toutes les commodités à proximité. Très bon emplacement. Le propriétaire et les personnes s’occupant du logement sont très sympathiques, accueillantes et réactives. Très bon séjour!
