"I booked and the accommodation was confirmed .A day before my day of arrival I was told the hotel is fully booked and I was not booked.Quite unprofessional I tell you.I will never recommend anyone for the hotel"

"Refused to check me in, even though I'd prepaid. Asked me to pay again as they had problems receiving reimbursement from website. After lengthy discussion I was allowed to stay but they then said breakfast wasn't included - although my booking included this. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Kept me waiting in 37 degrees heat after a 5-hour drive there, and wouldn't let me sit down or have drink of water initially."
