The 75 m² property features a living room, a fully equipped kitchen, 3 bedrooms, 1 bathroom, and an additional guest toilet, accommodating up to 5 guests. Amenities include high-speed Wi-Fi (suitable for video calls), a dedicated workspace for video calls, a TV, a fan, dishwasher, washing machine, air conditioning with heating and cooling functions (in the living room, kitchen, and all 3 bedrooms), and 2 thermostatic radiators in the small bathroom.



    Enjoy your own private outdoor space with an open terrace and a covered terrace. Free street parking is available. Families with children are welcome. Pets, smoking, and parties are not allowed. Please do not disturb the neighbors and respect quiet hours during your stay. The property has step-free access and the building is equipped with an elevator. Energy-efficient lighting is installed. Die Wohnung hat Alles was man braucht. Der Balkon ist etwas klein aber liegt windgeschützt. Die Lage ist super, nur um die Ecke und man ist am Strand.
