Excellent front office staff

We enjoyed our Valentine stay at the apartment. The reception staff are friendly, spoke English and always helpful. Only issue we had was apartment can only be cleaned after the fourth night.

The property is clean and neat. However, at night there is no bus that takes you to the Hotel, you have to walk 10 minutes to get there in the total darkness which feels unsafe.

The suite was nice and plenty big enough. It would be better if there was washing up liquid and cloths to clean up after using the dishes and glassware. I took a kettle as it stated there was a toaster but no kettle this was incorrect there was a kettle but no toaster! Special thanks to the staff member that let me borrow her I phone charger on Sunday.

Fairly new updated hotel for good value but...

The hotel has great potential. It is newly updated and has a petit gym that has air conditionng. The rooms do not have air conditioning . I came in the middle of summer so it made it a hot stay but I got used to it. I booked well in advance and got a great value for my extended stay. They clean the room once a week. Unfortunately, i experienced bed bug bites which made for a miserable sleep. The manager was nice enough to change me to another room and I had to wash all my belongings. Beside this unfortunate occurrence, I would say it is a good property. It is about 1 hour and 45 minutes from Paris city center. They have a great shower with a glass door. The cleaning staff was nice and helpful. Sonja was very attentive to get me an extra pillow as there was only one small one on the bed. I appreciate the eagerness to assist to try to make our stay better.

Every thing was really perfect staff very helpful. Only little thing that I wasn’t very pleased about is that we should bring our garbage by ourself outside the hotel it is not a big deal of course. But I was surprised because it is my first time to see such a rule in a hotel I highly recommend this hotel though.

The property and staff were good but the location was remote. There was nothing close by also the restaurants which showed open nearby was actually closed physically. I would recommend staying at this hotel for their service but not for anything else.
