Renovated apartment 400 m to the beaches and the center of Calella de Palafrugell, Costa Brava.
The apartment is located in a pleasant and familiar community with swimming pool, children's pool and tennis court.
It is a cozy ground floor consisting of a living room with access to the terrace, from where you can see the community tennis court, a fully equipped kitchen, two bedrooms; one of them with a double bed and the other with two single beds, a bathroom with a shower and a laundry room.
Community Wifi We are not responsible for the speed or proper operation of the system.
Parking space in community area, without assigned spaces.
The pool is OPEN from the 1st of June till the 30th of September and is CLOSED the rest of the year.
