Fantastic duplex with direct elevator from the parking lot to the apartment, located in Prat Xirlo, Calella de Palafrugell, Costa Brava.


This duplex is located in a nice small community with a pool and just 1,000 meters from the beaches and restaurants.


The lower floor has a pleasant and spacious living-dining room with access to a terrace, a fully equipped kitchen, 2 double bedrooms and 1 full bathroom.


On the upper floor, the stairs lead to a double “suite” room with a full bathroom, a small dressing room and a large terrace-solarium with wide views of the entire area.


Capacity for 6 occupants.


It has a large parking space for a large car and two motorcycles with direct elevator access to the apartment.

We remind you that sheets and towels are not included in the price, they can be rented for an additional fee of €10 per person for sheets and €10 per person for towels. Please let us know if you are interested, so we can have everything ready for your arrival.
