House divided into three independent apartments that share the garden and swimming pool.This ground floor apartment is located only 1 km from the lovely and peaceful beach of Calella de Palafrugell.It has a basic dining room with tv, fireplace and access to a large and pleasant terrace with access to the pool, a fully equipped kitchen with frige, freezer, vitro, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing-machine, 1 bedroom with 1 double bed (135x190cm), 1 bedroom with 2 single beds (90x190cm), 1 bedroom with bunk beds (80x180cm) and 1 recently modernised bathroom with shower.The swimming pool is open between May and Octubre.Reservations of young people under 35 years of age are not allowed.Pets accepted only upon prior request and with additional cost.- Sheets and towels are not included. Cost 8 euros/person/sheets and8 euros/person/towels.- Wifi not included. Cost 7 euros per day to pay on arrival - Cot and highchair: 5 euros/day/cot, 5 euros/day/highchairThis apartment is located in Calella de Palafrugell, one of the most attractivel and charming towns in Costa Brava!
