Close to all shops, restaurants and supermarkets.Outdoor area with private swimming pool (8 x 4m), chill out area, barbecue and garage.Maximum capacity for 8 people.Recently renovated house of 225 m2 distributed over 2 floors and surrounded by a large terrace with panoramic mountain views. On the first floor, there is a spacious living-dining room with a fireplace, 1 toilet, and direct access to the furnished terrace.Fully equipped kitchen with everything necessary for cooking: gas cooker, cutlery, frying pans, combi fridge, wine fridge, microwave, oven, washing machine and dishwasher. 1 bathroom (bathtub). On the ground floor there is a suite with a double bed and shower, 2 double bedrooms, and 1 double room (2 single beds) all with access to terrace.Free Wi-Fi.Pets not allowed.No bookings are accepted for young people under 35 years old.House located in Llafranc, one of the most charming towns on the Costa Brava!
