Inside, you’ll find two cozy queen beds, a futon for extra guests, a full kitchen, and a spa-style steam shower. Start your mornings with sunrise views from the porch, and spend your days fishing, kayaking, or walking the scenic seawall. Enjoy grilling out back after a day by the water—charcoal provided!

Located across from the bay, you’ll have easy access to public fishing piers, a boat ramp, playgrounds, and splash pads. The property is family-friendly and includes thoughtful touches like smart locks, Wi-Fi, and outdoor cameras for peace of mind.

Absolutely no smoking indoors, on the porches, or near any doors. You’re welcome to smoke near the front of our blue house, under the trees.

Cats are strictly prohibited due to a severe allergy. Please help us maintain a safe environment for all guests.

🐟 Fish Cleaning
Please do not clean fish inside the apartment. A designated cleaning station is available near the bay, just past the boat ramp.

🚗 Parking
We'll send you a text with detailed parking instructions before your arrival.
Do not park in active driveways under any circumstances.

Great location with a sweet view of the bay. Super easy access to the seawall for running, birding and aquatic life. Palacios has good restaurants and laid back vibe. Great visit with great hosts.

Palacios is a very quiet sleepy town with amazing history and views. If you are not seeking the nightlife this location is IDEAL! Tons of space and apartment amenities. Hostess was welcoming and then gave us our space. Hope to make a return trip to this location!!
