"First thing I had to do was clean off the air conditioner. It was full of dirt. The floors were not even swept. The bathroom was clean and the sink was clean and there were clean towels. The bed was clean and comfortable. The air conditioner was off and it took several hours to cool the room. The only staff I saw was the man who checked us in.
