"We booked hotel on 24hrs notice due to poor weather in Algarve, Portugal. All of the staff were extremely helpful, attentive and friendly. Alexis from front desk called us and explained driving directions which avoided issues if we had used GPS along with a Granada Pass (access to Alhambra +much more), for alot less than online. Bellman were great and concierge gave super restaurant recommendations. "

"Spotlessly clean. Very comfortable. Nice decor. It was a sanctuary from the 39 heat outside and a nice place to return to after exploring the wonderful sights of Granada. Communication was easy. We felt very well taken care of. The Palatina staff made reservations for us at excellent restaurants and were very helpful arranging taxis. This was one of our favorite hotels in our month long travels in Spain. We would absolutely return. "

"The apartment was huge and more than enough for a group of 5. It was very clean and had a great view of the city. The staff were incredibly helpful giving us recommendations and places to visit that we wouldn’t have known of. The location is very close to the center and the Alhambra. "Good communication on how to check-in since there is not in-person receptionist. In the heart of the tourist area. Very convenient. We walked to Mirador de San Nicolá in the evening where you can see Alhambra at a distance and take pictures. The next day we visited Alhambra (reserved tickets 5 weeks ahead). "It was short walking distance to most places.There are Lots of restaurants , cafes , and mini supermarket .AL Hambra was 20-30 min walking but bus stop was less than 5 min walk. Property was very clean. Staff was friendly and helpfull. Claudia took extra time to give us directions and recommendations. Would definetely stay again"
