"We loved the pool and the staff were helpful but not always available. Coffee was good. It is surprisingly quiet at night, considering the location. Our only problem were not enough power outlets in the room. Very nice to have parking so close to the center of Old Orchard Beach."

"Great location. Parking was easy since a found a spot but could’ve been worse because I saw people having difficulty. Easy to walk to everything. Only issue was the wifi was a little shotty at times."

"I would highly recommend this place to stay. Your right with in walking distance of shops, restaurant's, carnival rides , the pier and the beach. With live music playing daily and fireworks on Thursday you can see at the beach across the street. Definitely will come back again!"

"This was our 3rd year staying in this condo & we hope to do it again next year. We have rented several condos at the GrandVic every year since 2008. Husband is from Saco so he knows the area & we have family from Portland to Bangor & in between. We love the welcome each year (it feels like a second home) & the location is perfect for us. We have found this condo comfortable & the host is excellent. She is pleasant, accommodating, & very responsive. The condo is beautifully furnished & well outfitted. In fact the kitchen is the best equipped that I have seen. There are also games, beach accessories, & a large balcony with plenty of furniture to enjoy the weather. You will not regret staying here. Cheers!"
