Doors like from prison, stabbed with a knife or sth, completely not even fit, light was shooting from all sides from the corridor and you could hear even whispering. Bathroom dirty and rusty. "This hotel is close to downtown Catania (about 2 km walk). We were able to choose between a room downstairs or a suite upstairs. We chose the suite because it had a small kitchen and a private terrace. You have to take fairly narrow spiral staircase to get upstairs but this was not a problem for us.
