"This place is terrible. The bed is terrible, the location is rough, the staff is terrible. Over all the experience was terrible. We were promised breakfast, and there was a half working coffee machine and a couple wrapped muffins that were not restocked. The room had bugs, and they did not go away. The bathtub was disgusting and took forever to fill up. Also a moth flew out of a jet when we turned it on. The bed was terrible to sleep on and folded like a taco. My wife and I didn’t sleep well at all. The sheets on the bed kept coming off because they were too small on the bed. If that wasn’t the worse part, they claimed to need a “tourist tax” the day before we checked out. This was not included in the listing and was really aggravating. It’s not the end of the world to pay 30 euro, but it was just dishonest. When I tried to say it wasn’t in the listing they showed up to the room demanding to pay. The staff also was never on site unless they needed our money. The TV also wouldn’t connect to the WiFi and so you were limited to prime video for entertainment. Not the end of the world but this place boasted “free WiFi.” The bed side tables were being held on by two screws into drywall. One strong push and they fell off. This was a miserable experience. Do not go here. Save your money. The few good things were that the shower was nice, and they restocked towels. They also gave us a few meal vouchers for a coffee shop down the road. That place I would highly recommend."

"The room was spacious and the property is centrally located; that for the plus side. Unfortunately, my stay was a nightmare. My window was right above a crowded restaurant-bar that kept on loud noises well after 1am. The sound proofing of the room was non-existent. I rang reception at 11.30pm as I wanted to change room, but nobody picked up despite a clear indication that for emergencies service is guaranteed 24/7. In addition, the mattress was old and not even; the general appearance of the room a touch worn-out. Not getting sleep at a hotel is a huge no-cross line for me so I would not go back"

"The location is great as it’s walking distance to many things. There’s a bus to the airport which you can catch across the street which is a plus. The breakfast was decent and the gentleman in charge was very kind and helpful. The rooms could use some upgrading as it was old looking and the bathroom smelled like sewer water. It’s no frills and comfortable but don’t expect amenities like a gym or room service. It’s a small boutique hotel. It was comfortable for our stay. "

"Maurizio’s apartment was spacious and well provisioned. We arrived to find water, coffee, and milk, chocolates, and nuts. There were also basic cooking provisions like oil if one wanted to cook. The check-in process was very easy. Maurizio greeted us at the apartment, showed us around and handed over the keys. He was very warm, friendly, helpful and eager to make our stay enjoyable. The apartment is located about a 20 minute walk from the Duomo. We chose a neighborhood location like this and found the walk very easy even at night. We highly recommend staying here."

"The property and staff, plus the breakfast was wonderful. The area doesn't look the best. Also we had to walk a ways to get to the city center. Sometimes would take a taxi. Not many restaurants in the area either. However, the breakfast was an A+ as was the staff."

"The bedding needs to be majorly upgraded. Need new linens better pillows a stylish comfortable coverlet and better mattress or mattered pad. It was a very uncomfortable sleep for a quite high priced hotel. Also the shower is terrible with mould and rust and it leaks. Breakfast and location are lovely"
