Jungle Villa - Apartment on Upper Floor of a Villa

This is your private home away from the noisy
beach clubs. Here on this listing, we offer you to rent the entire upper floor with 3 bedrooms and a private entrance. The kitchen, etc will be only for your use. Only the garden and pool might be shared with guests from the ground floor if there are any.

There is a strong internet connection and desks and a solar backup system in case of electricity cuts.
The space
The house is 1.8 kilometers from the beach in a quiet and green area with a garden and swimming pool, which will be perfect for a private and relaxing holiday.



Location
As mentioned above, the villa is about 1.8 km from the beach and there are stores, restaurants, and ATMs on the way. The beach can be reached by foot in around 30 min or by car in a few minutes. The beach in Paje it famous for Kitsurfing and its beauty. Moreover, the house is about 50 km from the Airport in Zanzibar.

Breakfast
At the moment we do not offer breakfast. However, you will find usually some coffee, pasta or rice, oil, salt, and pepper in the kitchen for your free use and sharing. We can also organise a privat chef for an additional fee.

Bicycles
We have currently 6 bicycles at the property. They can be used for a small charge of 2 Usd per day. In case of a loss or damage, we might charge replacement costs of 70 USD.

Co-working
We offer a strong internet connection and working desks in the bedrooms. Moreover, the house is in a quiet area, and we have also windows with double glass which reduces the noise.

AC/Ceiling Fan
All rooms have a Ceiling fan (except for the kitchen/ bathrooms/stores). In addition to the fan, all bedrooms have also Air conditioning.

TV
On each floor, there is a TV in the living room. There is internet TV and Netflix.

Washing Machine
There is one washing machine in the house in the kitchen on the upper floor.

Mosquito nets
All sliding windows and doors have mosquito nets.

Taxi/Transfer
We can arrange a transfer to and from the airport for a charge of 40-50 USD. Please let us know at least a few hours in advance about the transfer if possible.
Moreover, for transfer from and to the beach or the shops, we recommend you take one of the motorbike taxis (boda-boda). They will bring you to or from the beach for a small charge of approx. 2,000 to 5,000 Shillings.

Water
1 drinking water dispenser with 20 L will be provided in each kitchen for free. They can be refilled for a small charge. Moverover, all bathrooms have hot water.

Connection: Zanlink Broadband Internet 5-7 mbits

Security
We have 4 outdoor security cameras with an alarm and an electric fence which also has an alarm.
