You will enjoy our bright spacious attic one bedroom apartment recently renovated to a high standard. One airy king size bedroom, bright and neutral decor for a restful sleep and black out blinds. Travel cot can also be provided on request. (2 adults max but 1 - 2 children can be accommodated in addition to this - please contact to discuss) Cook a meal in our fully equipped kitchen with brand new built in electric oven, hob and microwave. Tea and coffee supplies are included to use with electric kettle. Washing machine and clothes airer provided. We provide you with a supply of hand soap, dish soap and cloths/tea towels. Any other items you may require we will happily consider sourcing for you on request. Relax in our bright living room with sofa and smart tv. Small dining table to enjoy your meals. Bathroom with modern glass shower cubicle and newly fitted electric shower. Soft fluffy white towels are provided per guest. Complimentary toiletries. Gas central heating throughout property. Please note this property is on the third floor of building with no lift. There is also a pub on ground floor which has live music wednesday - sundays - this does cease by 10pm. It is a central and therefore lively location and whilst we do our best to ensure a restful and comfortable interior some of the exterior noises can be outwith our control. We are a self check in property though any guests who would prefer a personal welcome I am happy to accommodate where possible. You will enter from front of the building by coded door entry. Your access code with be issued to you 48hours before check in date. This will grant you access to the building. Within our entry corridor you will pick your keys from one of the numbered six lockboxes - your apartment number and entry code will be issued 48 hours prior. Once you have your keys you may continue to your apartment with the corresponding number. There is one further main access door which is locked for additional security and then one key for your apartment - please turn key 2 times to open and same to lock. One set of keys is provided per booking. Additional sets can be provided on request and security deposit of £20. There are 2 apartments per floor over a third floor building. We request all guests are mindful of noise when passing through communal areas. Any noise after 10pm is kept a minimum to respect others in the building. We aim to maintain a respectful and safe environment and as such we are strictly no smoking, no pets, no parties. Any guests who choose to not adhere to our guidelines will be asked to find alternative accommodation. You will be issued with my contact number in your check in info - this is your first point of call for any issues. Myself or some of my small team will be on site most days depending on check outs so will always be happy to say hi see how you are getting on or just have a wee blether. (chat). This is a top floor flat (3 floors) - there is no lift. A traditional pub is situated on bottom level so do expect noise from here - the busiest days are Wednesday, Thursday and Saturdays where there is live music. It can be between the hours of 3-11pm but after this time any noise does cease. We are also on a main road opposite shopping centre with bus routes passing but from 6pm onwards the town is generally quiet with minimal traffic Strictly no unauthorised guests, smoking or parties, any evidence of breaking our house rules will result in a minimum £150 fine and asked to vacate the premises. CCTV with audio is used to monitor common areas and any unauthorised guests.
