Thank you for your review ,our views are unique ,our location up high above the beach level and position allows us views looking out across the Bay over towards the Historical township of Russell .

Our apartments all look out over the Bay towards the Historical township of Russell .We are about 5-6 stores above the beach level so our views are special and unique for Paihia . We are in walking distance to town and the super market .The beach is just below us ,so no driving.

Yes our views are very special ,we look out across the Bay over towards the historical township of Russell .We enjoy having a safe beach below our facility ,no need to drive .

Our apartments enjoy million dollars views looking out across the Bay over towards the Historical Township of Russell.During your stay you decided to not use the disability car park recommended that allows extra space for wheel chairs that was your own decision ,We have had many guests over the years with wheel chairs use the apartment you stayed in and all being very happy with parking provided.

It was unfortunate that during your stay the spa controller was damaged ,this is out of our control ,we mentioned on arrival how our spa's operate and damaging the controller isn't part of the instructions .

Thank for your review ,Our apartments have fully stocked Kitchens and every thing else you will have at home (exception is our studio which has a stove top only and no washing machine ) Our views set us apart from any other place in Paihia ,being able to look out across the Bay over towards the Historic township of Russell is the best way to enjoy a stay in Paihia. Beds are a very personnel thing ,some like really soft ,some like a very firm bed ,we have recommended industry beds for our apartments.The apartments that have a spa are extra special to stay in. (if wanting to book a Spa apartment ,they have the word Spa in the apartment title description ie -deluxe two bedroom with Spa ) hope to see you again in the near future .

Thank you for your review. All our apartment are sea facing ,with views out across the bay looking over towards the Historical township of Russell. All apartments have there our deck area's including BBQ's.

Thank you for your review. With the wind pressures we have endured this past week, yes the wind can make a whistling noise out side. This only happens with a nor easterly Wind which blows directly onto us from the Ocean.

Thank you for your review , We have fantastic million dollars views out across the bay and including looking out towards the historic Russell township. As you mentioned we have well stocked apartments with the little added extra's like bathrobes for the apartments that have spa's on the deck area's. The storm weather didn't help the when sitting in the out door spa during your stay with us , The spa's are set only a couple degrees below the maximum temp ,which is the recommended best safe temp. Our indoor spa apartment is most sort after in winter as not weather effected when enjoying a soak. Hope to see you again one day.

Thank you for review , The apartments that have there own exclusive spa are extremely popular ,and a great way to relax after a day out exploring the sights of the bay of Islands or further a field. You certainly must have enjoyed a stroll along the beach ,as it usually only takes 7-10min's to walk to Paihia township from here, We are in a great location for views out across the bay and having the beach right down below us. Getting out on a boat is the only way to see why the Bay is called the Bay of Islands. Our location allows guests to have a fantastic view ,and so handy to the beach and places most visited during any visitors trip here.
