This is an older hotel but is wonderful. Location was good. Very clean. Beds slept very good. Staff very courteous. Very nice breakfast. Will definitely stay there again.

Everyone was very nice and helpful. TV in the room was hard to use. The remote had a hard time commuting the Direct TV box.

Patti’s is a very welcoming southern resort. The people are lovely, courteous, and kind. The facility is very homey with round tables around the breakfast area and a popcorn machine. The room decor is fantastic. Every room has a different theme. We stayed in the movie room and our friends stayed in the Beatles room. We heard a gentleman and his wife ask for the Dolly Parton room. We were eager to go back next year and get a different theme and check it out There’s a terrible smell in the elevator and staff tried so hard to offset it, but they were not able to. Management was fairly sure it was a maintenance issue with the back up sump pump. Someone was coming out in the next few days to address it so hopefully it’s not a chronic issue.

“Over priced and small dated rooms.” Clean and the staff is friendly and helpful, however, the small 90’s dated rooms should be around $79/ night. Local area around the lakes is very pretty.

This is a very clean hotel. When we checked in, it still had it's whimsical Christmas decor up. Our room was spacious with comfortable beds, it was an Elvis room. Not a cookie cutter room at all. I will be back.

Our room was small but what we needed for a quick sleep. There were a lot of dead flies near the window, and some flying in the room, but that could be the time of the year. The staff was very friendly and the Christmas decorations were gorgeous.

Those who stay here need to be aware that this is an older motel that has become part of the Patti's Porch enterprise. They have done a good job of redecorating it and bringing it up to date within the limits of what they could do with an older motel. The rooms are small, and the entrance is not on ground level, although there is a long ramp from the parking lot. We stayed there because it was a convenient place to stop while on vacation and we wanted to eat at Patti's porch. Would we stay there again? I don't know, We might if we wanted to stop over night near Patti's porch.

Walls are paper thin and could hear what was going on in the next room so did not get much sleep! Faucet was loose in the shower so could only get cool/luke warm water.

I stay at a lot of pet-friendly hotels and Patti's is a breath of fresh air. Super clean, very friendly staff, a large area to walk my dog. Everything was easy and comfortable. Call while en route to let them know you have a pet.
