The 65 sq m apartment, located on the first floor of a building with NO elevator (stairs required), is organized as follows:

- BEDROOM I with double bed, bedside tables, wardrobe, trolley rack, mirror;

- BEDROOM II with two single beds, bedside tables, wardrobe, trolley rack, mirror, and en-suite bathroom;

- BATHROOM I with sink and toilet;

- BATHROOM II (enclosed to bedroom II) with sink, bidet, and toilet.

The apartment has a self check-in system, therefore you will be able to access the apartment independently with the personal code that we will provide you on the day of arrival and only after filling in an online form with your data that we will have to register, as required by the law.

It will be possible to enter in the apartment only from 3.00 pm.

Switching on and off air conditioning and heating is subject to compliance with current Italian legislation (DPR 16/04/2013 n.74, DM 383 - 6/10/2022).

Summer: the average air temperature must not get below 26°C (78,8 °F) for all kinds of buildings

Winter: the weighted average of the air temperatures must not exceed 19°C (66,2 °F). Time and period of operation depend on the climatic zone defined by the standard.
