"This hotel is in an ideal location, with Multiplaza Mall being a short walk away and many many restaurants and shops around the area. The service was excellent! I mentioned that the stay was for my birthday and we were given an upgraded room with an amazing view, and the attendant at the counter asked us if we booked tours already, advised us about the opening time of the mall and suggested what we could do while we waited to check in. "

"The ocean was visible from the room. We had 2 issues, first being we only getting one keycard since the keycard is needed for AC and lights. 2nd issue the handle on on of the rooms broke and locked some of us in a room and had to go downstairs to get someone to open the door. They said they would come back to fix it and never did."
