Desorganizados e sem profissionalismo. Cheguei meia noite e o funcionário totalmente sem profissionalismo me falou "eita, não vai ter cartão pra abrir seu quarto", e ficava rindo, disse que tinham dado mais de um cartão pra alguns hóspedes e tinha acabado. "Property was nice. Most staff was extremely polite and courteous. Just one evening muscular make receptionist was very rude to me in my opinion. And the last day of my stay there was extremely loud construction and banging early in the morning. Other than that, the stay was good. Applause to the breakfast and room cleaning staff!! A "
