"Hotel seems old and outdated, very noisy all over, got water was hit or missed even though I showered very late after 10pm and then again very early at 4am; The shuttle service was convenient and efficient and the staff was friendly ***DO NOT ORDER FROM THE "ROOM SERVICE MENU*** Its a 3rd party company and definitely a scam and very sketchy, ordered food, after over an hour of waiting I called they said they were on their way, half hour later, still jo food, I called again and then they saud it was delivered but the front desk confirmed noone went to the desk to deliver food and the hotel dont assumed responsibility for them."

"Room was clean but smelled strongly of paint and there was NO hot water! it is close to the airport so convenient and thy have internet. Do not forget to validate your parking ticket otherwise there is no way to get money back. "

"my kids and I checked in quickly and easily later in the night as we were staying elsewhere and had to drive to Seattle for an early flight the next morning. It was really great that they had breakfast that started at 5 AM so that we could catch a bite to eat before heading to the airport . Clean, friendly staff brought extra linens quickly when I asked. We did not use the shuttle because we had a rental car."
