"Juan was an exceptional host. He was in contact with us prior to our arrival and provided clear instructions and many useful tips. During our 3 week stay he continued to check it to see if he could be of assistance. The studio was clean and well equipped. The onsite restaurant was very good and very reasonably priced. Large jugs of water can be purchased at the restaurant and delivered to your room for 60 pesos. Two large groceries stores are a 25 min walk away and Bucerias is also a 25...

"Air hockey machine didn’t even work. Pool got firstly a few hours after arriving, no hot water for shower, lots of bugs got bit by so many mosquitoes every night even on my face, water leaked through the roof when it rained, top toilet didn’t flush, took a whole day to respond back when messaging owner "
