"It was a fantastic experience at Hyatt Ziva. The vibe of the hotel is very tropical. The open concept receives you with a welcoming view of their beautiful beach with palm trees waving at their guests. The hotel is very clean and well maintained. Their all-inclusive package does not disappoint as well. We love the food in all their restaurants. Their 5 restaurants which include a buffet (all fresh foods and fruits) are so fulfilling. So thankful for letting my

. The hotel, although old is relatively kept up and clean. As for amenities they are very stingy on so bring your own or buy locally. Bath towels are taken away daily (used ones) but only replaced every 2 days. Beach towels and need for cards is a pain. We did not do the all-inclusive option because they only include buffet breakfast buffet lunch and buffet dinner. So dining is not an option....
