  • The Nicola Del Mar is only 1-1/2 blocks to the beach and will fit your every need. Sought after 4 bedrooms and 2-1/2 baths. Lots of fun all year round with a ping pong table just awaiting a challenge. When not at the beach, enjoy the large backyard patio with outdoor dining, a propane BBQ, fire pit, lots of seating and all completely fenced for privacy. The fully stocked modern kitchen is perfect for making meals. There is an open living plan so that everyone can be together to talk about all the beautiful moments of life at the beach. The cozy gas fireplace is just a flip of the switch. On the upper level you fill find 4 bedrooms and a full size laundry room. The master bedroom has a private master bath.

Great time at the ocean!

Our stay at the Dory Pointe Vacation Home was perfect for our 3 generation family gathering. Everything about the property was as advertised. With 7 family members from age 4 to 73, we had plenty of room. We particularly enjoyed that we were only 2 short blocks from the beautiful Pacific City beach with grocery shopping and a wonderful coffee/pastry shop a 5 minute walk away.

Quiet, spacious home near the beach.

Our nephew's wedding was at the Pelican. It was a five minute walk from the house. The house was well-equipped. We ate breakfast there everyday. We found some great walking paths by the beach on the other side of the main highway. We would stay here again.

Perfect family home

Super close to the beach especially with a bike. House fit a good amount of people. Worked perfect for us. My only improvement I’d recommend is getting memory foam padding for the bunks and the sofa. They were brutal to sleep on. Also a few windows don’t have curtains and there is no baby toys but we brought our own(: also there is a Keurig for coffee!!

Beautiful but won’t stay again

Beautiful property, well stocked, fantastic location. Will likely return to the area. Rules are just unreasonable. Get it that the home is not pet friendly. I generally will not stay in one that is. But, not to allow a very small, very old lap dog who we could guarantee would not set a paw on the ground into the back yard is simply unreasonable. Rules for rules sake don’t make sense and are off putting.
