Pacific City trip

It was a very nice house in an excellent location. I felt the price was reasonable for what was provided. I found it to be very clean and functional for our group. I would definitely stay there again.

This is a wonderful home with wonderful hosts. We highly recommend it for any group. But, our large family with a a wide range of kids finds it extra great.

Great Ocean Home

This property is beautiful. Well maintained & very well equipped. We brought our own food but needed for nothing else. We would rent again & encourage anyone wanting a gorgeous stay to also rent. And the view was stunning.

Amazing beach location

Our stay was fantastic - plenty of room, large open kitchen/dining/living area made it great for the family. Even though this was not right on the beach - you would never know. The top floor where the 'living' space is had an incredible view. Made it hard to want to leave. Kitchen had everything we needed. Greatly appreciated everything and would highly recommend anyone staying here!

Sibling Reunion

Kiwanda Kove is a beautiful house located on the spectacular Oregon Coast. It is immaculately kept and completely well stocked. The rooms are spacious and comfortable. My 4 siblings and I enjoyed our time there immensely. Highly recommend!!

Beautiful views and relaxing stay!

Beautiful house and beautiful location! We loved that we didn’t even have to put on shoes to walk to the beach! The kitchen was really well equipped. The heated bathroom floors were a luxury we didn’t know we needed. The reading nooks was delightful and the kids had ample toys and amusement when not playing on the beach. Gorgeous views! The only real problem was that we didn’t stay long enough. Thank you!!!

wish the desk was on the ocean side not the back side of the other places and the mountains . it would have been great if we could have sit out on the deck and feel the ocean wind and watched the sun go down over the ocean on the deck not through the windows , other an that it was a great loc and a great place to stay with the family

Incredible Beach Home

I truly cannot say enough great things about this home, location, and home owners. The house itself was beautiful and spacious. We cooked most meals at the house and the kitchen was roomy and had everything we needed, plus more. The view from the main living area was stunning. It was hard to leave on checkout day. :) And the homeowners were amazing - very informative, helpful, and kind in all communication. We had ages from 2 - 70 and everyone thoroughly enjoyed the trip. Several of the adults who had previously been to the coast said they were pleasantly surprised, noting that this was the first house they'd stayed in that didn't have the distinct musty smell that often comes with houses near the beach. There were also toys for the kids to play with, both on and off the beach, and that was a great addition to the trip. They loved sliding down the sand in sleds and we would have never thought to bring anything like that! Thank you so much again for sharing your home with us, Chelsea!!

Kiwanda Kove, Pacific City

Lovely spacious home with expansive, views of the beach & Haystack Rock. Plenty of room for all 10 of us in our party, with 3 1/2 baths for everyone’s use. Well equipped kitchen with island & dining area. We felt safe in this gated community with easy access to the beach across the street, as well as being within walking distance to cafes & shops. Unfortunately, our first impression was somewhat disappointing as the south garage door wouldn’t stay closed & kept bouncing up again. The cleaning in some areas of the home could be better ie: when opening the tv cabinet doors it was very dusty inside, the dining table was sticky, the master bedroom side table had bits of broken shell & a plastic clothing tag from prior guests & floor around toilet area looked dirty. Such a great view but windows needed cleaning. It is a large house & more attn. to detail is needed when cleaning, suggest more than 1 cleaner would be more efficient in getting the job done before the next guests arrive. The ice maker in the fridge had an ill fitting tray, that didn’t seem to belong to that fridge, causing the ice to spill over into bottom of the fridge & was frozen into a large lump. This required us to scoop all of the ice out & try unsuccessfully to fit the ice tray underneath where the ice is dispensed. Noted that at least 1 burner on the stove didn’t work. We loved staying at your home & treated it as if it were our own, my daughter Lysol’d all door knobs, light switches & remotes. Thank you! 😊

This beautiful home with amazing views was a perfect place to stay while our family was in town for a wedding. Anything you could need in the house is supplied and beach access is just steps out the front door. We'd definitely come back again!
