The Washington House at Seabrook is a large retreat for all who love the beach. The house is located on a prominent spot along Crescent Park, which offers an Indoor Swimming Pool, Playground, Horseshoe Pits, Shuffle Board, Fire Pits which are great for making s'mores and much much more! The house's original design was inspired by the old Military Housing on Officer's Row at Fort Vancouver, WA; an attention to detail that extends throughout. The interior of the house is white painted tongue in groove siding typical of the old historical beach homes around the country.

The piano sits at the center of the house on purpose: it's like the beating heart of a house curated for a creative, relaxing and social experience. The walls are lined with acoustic musical instruments that you can play, a diverse collection of books, quirky underwater paintings, and stunning historic photographs that will transport your vacation back in time.

This home-away-from-home features a large living room, foyer and dining room with many windows and 10' ceilings. Seven bedrooms, four and one-half baths, and a versatile media room on the third floor make this great house fun to live in. Multiple TV's, DVD players, a video library, and board games are sure to delight "children of all ages." High speed WiFi is available throughout the house.

The kitchen is full of stainless steel appliances, 4 ovens (2 gas 2 electric), six burner gas stove, two dishwashers, two sinks and separate wet bar. The wet bar connects the dining room and kitchen and is the location of a well-stocked pantry. We believe we have every kitchen gadget ever conceived, a collection that’s always growing.

The Washington House is ideal for multiple-family-gatherings, Family Reunions, Business or Church Retreats, Weddings, Seminars or JUST PLAIN FUN! Children are welcome (and we have a special secret hide-out space just for them!).
