Sleeping Arrangements (Sleeps up to 7):
Primary Bedroom: King bed with a twin trundle (extends to two twins).
Second Bedroom: Queen bed.
Additional: A rollaway bed is available in the washer/dryer room.

Living & Dining:
The comfortable living area is filled with natural light, creating a relaxed coastal feel perfect for unwinding. A fully equipped kitchen with all the cookware and dishes you need makes preparing meals a breeze.

Outdoor Living:
After a day at the beach, rinse off your gear at the backyard clam station, fire up the propane BBQ on the front deck, and settle into your private hot tub to watch the sunset.

Guests will have private and exclusive access to the entire cottage during their stay. This includes both bedrooms, the full bathroom, living room, kitchen, and the washer/dryer room.

The front deck, backyard with its clam station, and the private hot tub are all for your exclusive use.

Keyless self check-in is available for a smooth and flexible arrival. Free on-site parking is also provided for your convenience.

We respect our guests` privacy and aim to provide a seamless, independent stay. We will not be present on the property, but we are readily available via the app or by phone should you have any questions or need assistance during your visit. Your comfort is our priority.

Pet-Friendly: We are happy to welcome your furry friends to join you on your beach vacation.
Security: For your safety and the security of the property, there are exterior security cameras located on the premises. These cameras do not have views of any interior spaces or the hot tub area.
Owner`s Areas: Please be respectful of any locked storage closets or owner supply areas. These are not accessible to guests.
Please rinse off sand before entering the hot tub. Excessive sand in the hot tub can damage the filtration system and may require additional cleaning.

If the hot tub requires excessive cleaning due to sand or debris, an additional maintenance fee may be charged.
