"We booked under holiday inn , when we reached there they put us in neighbours property other hotel, we thought it was part of holiday inn, in the morning we went to holiday inn restaurant , they told us that you are not part of holiday inn, you need to go to other restaurant, which did not have the same level of service, rooms had mold out worn condition, I got elegies from the room, when we complained to holiday inn staff in the morning , they said that they were over booked that’s why have to put us in the other hotel, all they said sorry and good. Alonso from the front desk was very disrespectful and their pickup staff mixed up our reservation for transportation and left us waiting for them in the middle of the night at the airport."
