Pros: very friendly lady at the breakfast, amazing pho I still remember! Friendly stuff as well. They do laundry as well. Close to a huge shopping mall Lotte. Cons: tiny room with an outdated bathroom. Located between the airport and old city. All in all: nice place to stay but you should know by booking at what area it is located (the area itself is totally fine, it’s just you either will need bus or taxi to go to the old city).

The hotel said they are fully booked and did not accommodate me. They refused to return me the money and delegated me to their n’bours where I needed to pay again 150k. Hotels.com did not do anything about it.
