All the staff were helpful and courteous and friendly, and despite the fact that our hotel was right on the busiest square in Gettysburg we never heard traffic noise. It was very quiet. "Everything went very well on this stay. Check in was easy and efficient with friendly and competent staff available. The room was excellent with all amenities working eg lamps, tv, microwave and fridge. The bathroom was modern and with good faucet and shower. Plenty of hot water. The hotel was quiet and our conference room was very nice. No more noisy low life long-term renters spoiling our stays. Breakfast was as good as can be expected when it is not a hot breakfast but the nook was clean and fully stocked. Staff in attendance was helpful and friend. Local environment continues to be pleasant and warm. Thanks again."

"Staff were courteous, easy check in and check out. One problem, the room was cold and the heat didn't work properly, room 222. I didn't ask for help because the clerk was male and I have severe PTSD from sexual violence, I would rather be cold than have a man who is a stranger in my room. Again, staff were great."
