Although we arrived late at night, front desk attendant was very cordial. We were checked in quickly, informed of complimentary breakfast hours given wifi login a directions to our room. Overall it was a comfortable stay.

Very well kept. Quiet and with friendly staff. Good value for the money. If you drive a Tesla, please try to stay here if fits into your travel plans. If not, please be respectful of the premises and guests who are staying here. A lot of people were charging over eclipse weekend. For right now, they were all Teslas, but soon non Teslas will be charging. So every charging station is important. Keep this one friendly.

DIDN’T KNOW THIS…

When I walked in. I requested a 1st floor room because we are not the youngest travelers. I was told the Staybridge section of the property was only on the upper floors and there is no elevator. This was a property shared by two hotel brands, which I have never encountered before. This floor limitation should be friend t and center on the Hoteks.com website.

The hotel itself was great. Breakfast was great. The room was great. Check in was a nightmare due to a lady named carol. I booked the room for my daughter calling ahead of time. To make sure she can have a late check in because she was driving across texas for her.To be turned away by carol and was literally sleeping in the parking lot.When I called her to see if she was in her hotel at four a m. After a twenty minute argument on the phone with miss carroll, my daughter was able to get into the room that I had already paid for. I feel that it would have been seamless. Ifcarol wouldn't have made it so difficult. In the end, she was apologetic and i've got my daughter into her room, but it shouldn't have had me having to call at four o'clock in the morning and continue to argue with this woman until she allowed my daughter in the room.It was ridiculous behavior.
