"No internet in our first room, the staff offered another room. The shower broke in the new room. No amenities such as : wine bottle opener, the fridge didn't work very wel. But staff was great."

"The hotel was conveniently located near Ephesus Ancient City and other historical spots. Very near restos, train station (if you have plans to go to Pamukkale). Staff is even superb and amazing! Highly recommended!"

"AC in the room did not function. We specifically went to this Hilton because the website said it had AC. Certainly, Double Tree - Hilton would have AC, but no. After checking in we find that there is no AC, that it is deliberately deactivated for the entire building because April 27 is considered winter season. Outside air temps are 80F/22C. Rooms were very stuffy. When we complained the staff insisted that they did have AC that worked because the heaters were working. No amount of explanation that AC = cold air communicated the problem. The staff gave us some extra Hilton points to compensate. We ran into the same problem in Cyprus - Central AC deactivated for the "winter" season. Live and learn. "
