"First the bad: The facility is aged and in dire need of updating. Chairs in the bistro/bar are worn and almost have the filler exposed. The carpets are old and worn, TV in room couldn't get half of the "available channels", and one elevator didn't work all weekend. Now the great: The staff!! From Lore at check-in and check-out to Erika in the bistro/bar the staff were amazing. They were engaged, friendly and helpful. They were personable and amazing to deal with regardless of the ask. Update...
