Drury Inn & Suites in Ozarks from NZ$200

"Overall bad experience. Arrived for weekend stay on Friday at 330pm. Got in room and turned AC down low to get room cold. Put some perishables away in fridge for later. Then, left for evening plans and returned around midnight. Upon return room temp was 76 degrees, the AC had been turned off. Room finally cooled down enough to sleep around 2 am but then AC turned off repeatedly throughout the night causing the room to be super uncomfortable and sleep impossible. Morning came and we went to fridge to enjoy items we had in it to find the fridge was not working and all the items had spoiled. Later in the day we returned to the hotel to go use the pool and relax. There were no pool towels so I went to front desk to request some. I was told there were none clean and there were no additional towels for our room either so we were unable to use the pool. We ventured out again, ensuring the AC was turned on before leaving. We again returned around 9pm and once again found our AC off and the room was 75 this time. I returned to the desk and was handed instructions to reset the AC system and told the AC runs on motion sensors and turns off after 30 minutes of inactivity. The staff were not friendly or helpful with this situation. Essentially telling us that our complaint was not a concern to them and to get over being uncomfortable and unable to sleep. "

"Bed was clean and comfortable, I didn’t like the fact I couldn’t close the drapes, I need a dark room to sleep. The drapes were white sheer. The room seemed clean but the carpet looked dirty and was soiled."

"To start with sprinkler sprayed our jeep driving in your lot. Walking in lobby floor was sticky my shoes were sticking to it. young lady checking us in really couldn't give me an answer as to why no matter where we stay no one even responds to my first floor need. Your breakfast was very sad. Potatoes were cold, what was i think Canadian bacon had no flavor and cold. oatmeal was gross. only good thing were the eggs because they just brought them out. When checking out no one at the desk and people waiting. i just put my key card on lower counter and left. don't think i will be back."

"The stoll was very short like RV short and I'm 5" and it was too short for me let alone my elder in-laws that 1 walks with a walker/wheelchair and had to use my husband and father in-law to help her get up. The other who doesn't walk well used a walker to lift himself up. The refrigerator had mold in it and then we had 8 stairs to get 2 elders up and down neither walk well or walk without assistance so between the stool and the stairs we were more exhausted than had any fun. Absolutely awful and we have stayed there before and it was nice but this time we refuse to ever stay there again. The inside doors are all falling apart, they send you 1 text to use to get towels ect and if you lose that text then you have 4 towels for 5 days. The phone rings EVERYDAY 4 times at 5:39AM EVERY MORNING. So after all of that please don't waste your money and book a stay. We travel many places with the in-laws and that was hands down the worst. Plus watch the spew they give you after check in. If it's free let it be so as a warning DON'T listen to the next desk they send you after your key just get your key and RUN. You've been warned."

"The property has a lot of things to do, that are included in with your stay. They even let you use the amenities for the day after your 10:00. Check out! Have stayed there 4 times This last time with two 17 year old girls. They had a blast in the water bikes, they live it there"

"Well I’m not a complainer, but we thought the casino was not the cleanest, empty beer cans full ashtrays and not sure when the last time a machine was wiped off. We went to the sports bar for a quick dinner and a couple of drinks the waitress was ok but they can’t answer a question. Never got the drink that I ordered, finally told them to forget it. Anyway make sure you have your hand sanitizer if you plan on spending time in the casino! "
