- We are the only authorized exclusive booking agent for the Dawn Beach Club Resort. Check in for any units not Owner Occupied will be prohibited as it is against the timeshare owner contractual agreements.
Situated along the south-eastern shore of the Dutch side of the island, and just minutes from the Princess Julianna Airport, The Dawn Beach Club is nestled into the lush hillside and surrounded by miles of blue ocean water, acres of tropical foliage and sprawling white beaches.
