"The hot tub was advertised as a key amenity but wasn’t working during our stay — management did issue a partial refund, which we appreciated. Some areas of the house also felt like they needed attention: an upstairs sink that didn’t drain, soap dispensers that were empty or had an off smell, a dingy carpet, and a washing machine and refrigerator water dispenser that could use a good cleaning.The main floor is lovely — great windows, beautiful views, waterfront area, and a comfortable space. If the owners addressed some basics, this could be a really special stay."
