However I have also experienced that things asked would not be done even though promised to be fixed, for example filling empty body lotion bottle. I’ve been staying at this hotel over some years. "Great trip. House was large and very nice family and eating spaces. The views were great from every window because the house is set on a steep hill side. While it makes the views great the barely wide enough streets were a big challenge for our large SUV with all the blind one car wide (2-way) traffic. So not for the faint of heart driver. The location was great. Our only very minor criticism is that we wished we had been left more towels. We had a great time in Bergen!"

"Loved it here and would stay again. Heated floors in the bathroom are such a nice touch. Bed was extra firm, if that’s your style. Excellent communication and kind with the host. Only issue was the confusion with receiving messages prior to the check in date asking for verification but unable to verify anything until the check in time. ? Also, had to navigate between 2 systems since I booked it through VRBO; the properties system and VRBO’s system. "

"Possibly the best breakfast buffet I’ve ever had. The space breakfast hall is the former stock exchange of Norway and is quite a lovely spot. Room was clean, with all we needed, and the hotel staff were always friendly and helpful. The location is within walking distance of all the big sights of Bergen. Would wholeheartedly recommend it!"
