All aspects of my stay have been phenomenal. From the absolute professionalism at the front reception to the cleanliness of my room in 125. Friendliness, accommodating & thoughtful suggestions. In the mornings, my favorite meals were the breakfast bowls and their coffee. Very well maintained nice surroundings. Personal items respected & very clean rooms.

Stayed here because of indoor pool. Was told pool was open till 10pm. Went to go down to the pool after checking in around 7:30 and pool had sign saying it was closed for maintenance. Just would have been nice if we had known before hand. Other than that the stay was great. Clean room, very comfortable and quiet.

Ok stay, super nice Staff!

Overall, a good one-night stay. I was disappointed that that breakfast was not available at 6:30. I attended a yearly event at Talledega Motor Speedway. I settled for Mc Donald’s. $190/night with no breakfast was not good. My friends stayed at IHG around the corner and had breakfast included. Bed was not comfortable. Hotel staff was very nice and professional. Will consider all options next year when we choose our stay.

The property was nice and quiet. The only issues I had was the ice machine only worked on the 4th floor and no one ever had change if you were paying in cash. There was an Issue with booking thru Travelocity. There was an outstanding balance of $44 at check in. I had never experienced this before. Hotel staff said they would contact them to resolve the matter.

Not worth the money, not well sound proofed.

Room size and furnishing and staff were fine. Our biggest complaints: 1. Noise. Hotel is RIGHT beside I-20, our room, 316 faced the freeway and we got high way noise all night long. 2. Most of the parking is down at one end of the hotel, not near the entrance, only two handicapped spots. Although we need a handicap spot had to walk from a distant spot. 3. No free breakfast and not even free coffee seemed, greedy by hotel, given the cost (more than $250). Would not stay here again.

Just an overnight stop with our dog on a road trip back home to SC. Convenient location with restaurants within walking distance for dinner. Staff at the Bistro in the am were friendly enough though seemed tired and not very engaged in their work at 9am. They mentioned there was a Waffle House down the street that had a better selection when we were looking at the menu options.

We would not know. You advertised a free breakfast, then posted a $28 fee for it. The receptionist advised us that the free breakfast was only for one guest in the party. We will not stay at another Courtyard and will be leary about your other establishments.
