"The property was in great shape and a comfortable walk to downtown Oxford. We stayed three days which was perfect for us. A couple of other towns are a reasonable distance for a day trips, which we did. The property has a great view of the water; is in tip top condition; perfect for 2 people and has an outside deck with shade for an afternoon adult beverage and snack. We'd highly recommend this property and hope to return again. "
