"We stayed in Ann-Marie’s guest house for parents weekend and it was fantastic! You can’t beat the location - walk to Snack Bar, Big Bad Breakfast and the Square. The neighborhood is darling and the property is beautiful. The space is very comfortable and stocked full of amenities that made our stay perfect!! Will definitely rent again!"

"Andrea was very easy to converse with. Perfect size for one or two people. Check in was easy - no complicated door entry or exit. Very clean and comfortable - also has a "traditional" coffee maker and a Keurig, which you don't often see. She provided several coffee/tea/sweetener etc options. Roku TV was easy to operate. Also a nice wooden deck and patio setup just off the kitchen. I'd definitely stay again! I'm an Ole Miss alum, and the Square and campus are not far away. Easy access to South...
