"The bar closed early, closed at midnight and last call 11:30. At 11:55 asked a full room of people to leave. Also, coffee bar charged us double for coffee and then didn’t know how to reimburse it. "

"I had a very disappointing stay. The room not cleaned properly—there was visible dirt and an overall lack of cleanlines that made it uncomfortable to even settle in. On top of that, the noise at night was extreme, making it nearly impossible to get any rest. To make matters worse, the room had a strong, unpleasant smell that never went away. I would not recommend staying here."

"I was disappointed to learn there was an extra fee to park even though there was plenty of parking. We were not in a downtown hub, it’s ridiculous to charge for that. I would have been more understanding if it had been disclosed prior to booking. In addition, the breakfast was poor. Oatmeal was gone by 8am and even though breakfast went for an additional 2 hours we were told no more could be made because there wasn’t time. Bread/bagels/donuts were also running out. No napkins were available. I don’t know if they were perhaps short staffed? I would potentially stay here again because the location is great, but the stay itself? Meh."

"Don't bother wasting your money at this hotel. It's dirty and noisy and full of construction workers who drink all night in the parking lot and leave their beer bottles strewn everywhere. Breakfast is garbage we walked in and walked right back out and went to Bob Evans. There was fruit flies swarming the fruit and filthy tables. The only reason we stayed here was because we passed our cancellation date for a refund. But take this warning from me and don't waste your money or time."

"Old building that they are trying to put lipstick on. Musty smelling in the building and with the room air conditioning. Dirty bathroom had to put a towel in the tub to stand on. Only warm shower water. Sink did not drain. OLD structure with a paint job. Parking lot with craters…walls in hallway with gouging in drywall, only ice on one floor…. Breakfast fair to poor… back to the 80’s Most staff was nice tho"
