The room was clean and quiet. A/C worked good. Shower was nice. Only complaint, the lighting in the bathroom was terrible! Very dark, couldn't see to put on makeup or to blow dry our hair. The exhaust fan also had a light, but it was very dim. And the fan did not work properly, very loud. Everything thing else was good.

SLEEP INN For FROG FOLLIES

We came into room and it looked clean and smelled nice BUT then I found a dirty sock behind the bathroom door.. Made me wonder how clean was it? Breakfast was nice with a good selection of food.

1 King bed room. 1 night stay. The person behind the desk who checked us in and out was fantastic! Great customer service! It looks as though this place is in the middle of some freshening up. We saw paint buckets/pans/rollers in the hallway. I couldn't tell if our room was freshened up or not. The bathroom door appeared to be freshly painted, not a mark on it. The towels & bedding were clean. The thing is, all of the light switches & outlets were filthy. They are old, discolored and just dirty. The a/c unit control panel was also disgusting and dirty. I wiped it with an antibacterial wipe and the white wipe was black & brown after I was done. Why spend money on a renovation if you're not going to do the whole room and then maintain the cleanliness? Makes no sense to me. Overall not thrilled with how dirty the high contact points were. I should not have to feel like I have to clean a light switch before using it. It's just gross.

Shortly after I checked in, I flushed the toilet and the water is leaking from the base of the toilet pretty heavily. I simply asked for a refund and was going to go somewhere else and was denied.

The room had a bad musty smell. had to go to the registration off and get a bottle of spray to help. only stayed two nights and left with a stopped-up head both mornings. but to be fair the office did offer to let me move to another room but I thought it would be ok I should have moved.
