Celtic Ross Hotel
8/10 Good
"Hotel was excellent, staff were helpful and friendly. Had an evening meal while nothing wrong with it as such it was only ok and felt portions were on the small side and was basic enough. Breakfast taste wise was only ok."
Clonakilty Park Hotel
8/10 Good
"Staff are excellent , lots of activities for kids"
Spacious, light-filled house with unrivalled ocean views
10/10 Excellent
"Alles wie beschrieben, eine großzügige, gut ausgestattete Ferienwohnung mit herrlichem Meerblick.Wir haben uns über die vielfältigen Tourenvorschläge unserer Gastgeberin gefreut und vieles besucht. Ein Highlight war die Schiffsfahrt nach Cape Clear!"
Idyllic cottage on the Atlantic coast in the south west of Ireland
10/10 Excellent
"Lovely place by the sea, we spent two weeks here and could relax and explore West Cork :-) good selection of books too! (mostly German language)"
A perfectly reclaimed cottage with uninterrupted views of the Atlantic Ocean....
10/10 Excellent
"This was by far the nicest rental we have ever visited. The house was spotless, full of amenities, and had a breathtaking view. The hosts were incredibly welcoming, but we also had privacy. They were willing to show us the workings of the dairy farm, and we loved their very friendly dogs and cats."
A very special place
10/10 Excellent
"Very comfortable and peaceful, with lovely views and equipped with everything wee might need."
Riverside retreat with rustic charm and a history of novels and exploration
10/10 Excellent
"Wonderfully rustic and charming, yet still comfortable and well appointed. If you’re looking for a home base to explore County Cork or just relax by the fire with friends and conversation, look no further than the Argideen river lodges. We loved the massive windows for light and fresh air during the day and the sunroom was an absolute treat. Timoleague also felt like a little hidden gem among the towns flooded with tourists in mid June; the fish and chips at Padjoe’s was the best we had from Dublin to Killarney on this trip. The upstairs shower would definitely be tricky for anyone with limited mobility and there are quirks as with any old property, but it’s been lovingly and judiciously modernized in the important ways. Overall we loved our stay and can’t wait to return with more friends!"
