"The property and staff were lovely and very accommodating. They were even able to arrange a shuttle to the airport the morning of my flight, which I appreciated. However, the shuttle service is not a commercial service, and my experience was uncomfortable. The initial driver picked me up, then stopped at a gas station to switch me into another car with a different driver without any clear explanation. While I did make it to the airport safely, as a solo female traveler this situation felt very unsettling."

"This hotel is stunning. Beautifully designed, indoor and outdoor spaces, you will love it. The staff, especially Marshall was so incredibly kind and helpful. "

"Good infrastructure. Housekeeping staff performance below standard. Towels were never replenished in one week stay. Floor mat was not even picked up. Tea and coffee was not replenished. Had to call housekeeping every night. Breakfast sausage was raw every morning. Nice location. "

"Convenient for a one-night stay - lots of dining options nearby. Check-in was confusing - map is outdated (named restaurant doesn’t exist) and we got two different codes sent for the luck box. Unit was clean and well-equipped. It’s not totally clear from the photos, but the toilets are in the bedrooms (no separate bathroom) so if you want privacy this isn’t ideal. The night we stayed the restaurant had an event so there was fairly loud music into the night. Outside the host’s control, but something to be aware of. "
